Are you ready to chop the fender on your bagger, but not sure where to start? Don't want to cut too deep and not be able to scrape, or not deep enough and scrape before the balance point. 
 
Our fender chop kit is perfect for you, it takes all the guess work out of it with our supplied wooden jig. Simply bolt on the wooden jig, trace around it, and cut on the line you made. Then our scrape plate bolts right in using the factory fender mounting holes. Powder coated in a super durable gloss black that looks great on every bike.
 
The issue with 97-08 bagger fenders is that the ideal spot to chop the fender is right through the tail light hole. This is fine if you have the ability to weld the hole closed, body work it smooth, and repaint the fender, but most of us do not. With our kit, you will be cutting before the tail light hole and our scrape plate is extended out to the ideal location. With a 1 inch piece of titanium bolted to our scrape plate, it is flush with the rear tire, putting you right at 12 o'clock when you scrape. (depending on tire size, ride height, chain/belt tension this can vary slightly)
